Lion of Judah recently took to Instagram to announce their forthcoming record “The Antidote” set for release early 2020. To mark the announcement, the Brighton boys have launched pre-orders for the EP on vinyl, giving all purchasers immediate access to one of the new songs from the record. “Releasing this EP on vinyl is important to us because it brings all of our hard work and artistic vision into the real world and enables us to interact with the music on another level. It’s not often that you get to hold your music in your hands, so the option of having this record on vinyl is really special.”
The five-piece, indie-pop band formed in 2015 and have been breathing fresh life into the UK worship scene ever since. Captivating listeners with their retro influence and contemporary pop-inspired tunes this Brighton group have found fans all over the world, helping them rack up over 1 million streams on Spotify alone as well as having a live show that has impressed audiences at Lightfest Portugal, Big Church Day Out and their sold-out headline show in London earlier this year just to name a few.
The vinyl is currently available on the indie label The Amen Collective’s website as a bundle, coming with a pre-order exclusive “The Antidote” t-shirt, created as a collaboration with the American Christian clothing brand Agape Attire and designed by the talented Cory Lee Synder. “We’re really excited for this project, the concept behind it has been to take some of the biggest struggles we experience in our Christian lives and construct an antidote for each one of those themes.”
