Verra Cruz
Verra Cruz form the British alt-rock infused musical project of trio Marc James (guitar/lap steel/vocals), Henry Cross (bass) & Jimmy Cooke (drums). Known for their hard-hitting anthems and signature lap steel guitar, of which they stumbled upon in a small boutique guitar shop in Memphis, TN, the three-piece band have been creating mighty, raucous tracks, laced with spiritual and personal themes. Dr. Ossom is a greatly endowed gospel artiste and music minister. He has a privileged mastery of key musical instruments and has deployed his unique talents in facilitating the production and ministration of very inspiring gospel songs.

I am a native of Dallas, Texas. I have 30 years of experience in music. I am currently a musician at Canaan Baptist Church. Also produced and release my first EP in September of 2019. After releasing my EP, i released several singles. “When You Open My Eyes”, “Love Lifted Me”, “Zackkeys Christmas Medley”, “Alpha and Omega”, and “So Grateful”. I was nominated for 3 awards by the Prayze Factor Music Awards in 3 categories and they are: Urban Solo Artist of The Year, Alternative Solo Artist of the Year, and Rhythm and Praise Solo Artist of the Year. Also, I released a new album 8/9/25 called “Hymns of Inspiration. Music is my passion and I enjoy sharing my spiritual gift to minister to others and to uplift the Kingdom of God.
