This year’s Stellar Awards nominations have been announced and it is with great pleasure that we mention international Afrogospel artist Limoblaze among the list of names nominated. Limoblaze has had a phenomenal past year in which his sound continues to make waves internationally. His remix of ‘Jireh’ alongside Lecrae and Happi added a new twist to the Maverick City Music worship anthem. It has been well received by hip-hop fans and critics for adding even more life to a song of the moment.

The single, released last summer, is nominated for Best Hip Hop and Rap Song and will be up against competition from songs ‘Any Attack’ (Lecrae + 1phew), ‘Blak Sheep’ (Pastor Mike Jr.), ‘He’s been good’ (Mix Tiffany) and ‘New’ (Tye Tribbett). This nomination comes as more good news in a phenomenal year for the Reach Records signed artist whose star has continued to rise in recent times.
We wish him and his fellow artist nominees all the best on a night honouring some of the best the Gospel music genre has to offer.
