As Chief Editor, he provides oversight for written publications, feature articles, release coverage and faith-based commentary, ensuring that every piece reflects clarity, conviction and sound doctrine. His leadership strengthens AStepFWD’s commitment to excellence in communication and spiritual integrity.
“MIN. ADEOLUWA carries both spiritual weight and leadership maturity,” says O’Neil Dennis, Founder & CEO of AStepFWD. “His journey in ministry, media and leadership positions him well to shape the editorial direction of this next season.”
MIN. ADEOLUWA, known as Adeoluwa Boluwajaiye, is a worship leader, songwriter, recording gospel artist, instrumentalist, actor, writer, movie producer and youth leader with both musical and pastoral roots. He is also a Voting Member of the Canadian Selah Music Awards. His father served as a Choirmaster in Christ Apostolic Church before becoming a pastor, giving him a strong foundation as a pastor’s son raised within church leadership and music ministry.
His journey into leadership began in secondary school where he was appointed Health Prefect. That responsibility grew significantly during his time at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He started as a Class Representative in his 100 Level, progressed to Assistant General Secretary in his 200 Level, and later became President of the Department of Philosophy at OAU, a position considered almost impossible at the time for a 200 Level student. Following this, he was elected Secretary General of the Student Union at Obafemi Awolowo University, the third-highest student leadership position on a campus of over 30,000 students. His leadership journey continued in the United Kingdom while studying for his MBA, where he was elected Class Governor.
Throughout every stage of leadership, his musical journey remained consistent. He serves as a worship leader at The Redeemed Christian Church of God, King’s Court, leading worship every Sunday, training young people in musical instruments and developing instrumentalists. In the United Kingdom, he oversees the youth ministry in his local church and also serves as Assistant Choir Coordinator.
In 2023, he officially added recording artist to his profile, marking a new chapter in his musical journey. His first feature appearance came on the track Yahweh with Joshua Oluwaseun (Joeryos). That collaboration became the starting point of his public expression as a gospel recording artist. From there, he released his first official single, It Is Written in His Word. That release gave birth to what has now become his distinct scriptural singing worship style, a sound rooted directly in scripture. Rather than paraphrasing biblical themes, he turns the Bible itself into singable worship songs, allowing scripture to be heard, memorised and meditated upon through melody.
This approach is deeply personal, he shared. “Growing up, I learnt and retained much of the Bible through song and recitation. Scripture set to music shaped my understanding and stayed with me”. Today, he continues that tradition intentionally, creating worship that helps others internalise the Word through sound.
Since stepping into music as a gospel artist, he has released several songs including Mary’s Praise, Names of God and other spirit led recordings. He has also released two EPs, further establishing his identity as a worship leader committed to scriptural depth and musical excellence.
As Chief Editor, he brings that same balance of structure, conviction and creativity into shaping the voice of AStepFWD.
