Seven years ago Leah was diagnosed with Bipolar Affective Disorder and Generalised Anxiety, however due to fear of stigma Leah continued to keep her mental illness a secret despite her long standing career in TV.

Recently Leah decided to write an open letter on social media where she courageously confessed the truth about living with bipolar. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7
