The excitement is growing, with 12 songs already unveiled for the 2026 StepFWD Awards Song of the Year, and we’re getting closer to revealing the full shortlist of 24!
Have you been following the announcements? If you’ve missed any, don’t worry! You can catch up on the first six nominees and the second batch of nominees before we reveal the next six.
With 24 songs selected from over 1,500 considered, this year’s Song of the Year category is certainly one to watch. And remember, for the first time in StepFWD Awards history, there will be just ONE overall Song of the Year winner, rather than 12 winners across different genres.
Different genres, different sounds and different expressions of faith, all represented in one category, united for one purpose: FOR HIS GLORY!
Now, 12 songs have been revealed, 12 more to go, and we’re about to cut that number in half!
Can we have another drum roll, please?
