Another week, another Official UK Christian & Gospel Singles Chart, and this week gives us a fourth week at No.1 for ‘Give Me Joy’ by Elle Limebear, two new entries inside the Top 5, two re-entries and a few interesting movements across the Top 20.
Leading the way again this week is ‘Give Me Joy’ by Elle Limebear, holding on to No.1 for a fourth consecutive week. The support and listening around the song clearly has not slowed down, and Elle Limebear is now writing her name into the history books of the Official UK Christian & Gospel Singles Chart as the first female artist to hold the top spot for four weeks in a row.
The question now is whether ‘Give Me Joy’ can go even further and challenge the longest consecutive No.1 run currently held by JERUB. ‘Kumbaya’ still holds that record with seven consecutive weeks at No.1 and 10 weeks at the top overall. It could have been 13 weeks in a row, but ‘Valley’ stepped in twice at No.1 and ‘The King That I Know’ by Chantelle Rutendo also took the top spot during that run.
With ‘Give Me Joy’ now building week by week, Elle Limebear’s journey at No.1 is gradually becoming one of the strongest stories the chart has seen so far.
‘Altar Call’ by MIN ADEOLUWA climbs from No.3 to No.2 this week, reaching a new peak in its fourth week on the chart. ‘More Than Enough’ by Westwashere moves down one place to No.3, after holding No.2 last week.
This week also brings two brand-new entries straight into the Top 5. ‘Fighting For Love’ by Free Imprint, Deca Ota and Hunnid2Hebron enters at No.4, while ‘What I Believe’ by Limoblaze and Seph Schlueter comes in at No.5. It gives the Top 5 a fresh look, with new songs breaking through near the very top.
‘My Heart Your Home’ by Chantelle Rutendo moves up from No.10 to No.6 in its 13th week on the chart, while ‘SOG (Song of Gratitude)’ by Ms Debola and MIN.ADEOLUWA moves down from No.4 to No.7. ‘Evergreen’ by Rend Collective climbs from No.9 to No.8, while ‘How Could It Be’ by Gas Street Music and MUDERE moves down one place to No.9.
Closing the Top 10 this week is ‘To My Friend And My King’ by Chantelle Rutendo, which re-enters at No.10.

Looking at the chart this week, the main story is still ‘Give Me Joy’ holding strong at No.1, but there is also fresh movement inside the Top 5. ‘Altar Call’ reaches a new peak at No.2, while two new songs enter straight into the Top 5 and Chantelle Rutendo returns to the Top 10 with another song.
Will ‘Give Me Joy’ hold on to No.1 for a fifth week, will ‘Altar Call’ make a move for the top, or will one of the new entries climb even higher next week? One thing is certain, the journey continues to unfold week after week.
