AStepFWD has officially opened submissions for the FWD Fest Talent Search, giving emerging Christian & Gospel creatives across the UK an opportunity to showcase their talent and perform live at this year’s FWD Fest.
Part of the newly launched FWD Fest – A Creative Arts Extravaganza For HIS Glory – the Talent Search is looking for singers, rappers, spoken word artists, poets, choirs, musicians and music acts with something real to share. Whether you’ve been performing for years, posting content online, or developing your gift behind the scenes, this is your chance to step forward and be seen.
Taking place on Saturday, 11th July at the Dominion Centre, FWD Fest has been created to engage a new generation sitting naturally at the intersection of music, media, arts and culture. The wider event will also include worship, a dance challenge and a DJ battle, all centred around authentically celebrating creativity and faith.
With AStepFWD’s history of championing both established and emerging talent, the Talent Search aims to provide a much-needed platform for the abundance of Christian & Gospel creativity already present across the UK scene. Selected acts will have opportunities for promotion through AStepFWD platforms, future performance opportunities and the chance to connect with a growing creative community.
Founder of AStepFWD, O’Neil Dennis, shared the inspiration behind the initiative:
“There’s so much undiscovered Christian talent across the UK, and FWD Fest is about creating space for those gifts to be seen, heard, and used for God’s glory.”
Entrants are encouraged to visit AStepFWD on Instagram for inspiration and complete the Talent Search submission form. If you know an unsigned artist, hidden talent, or creative with something special to offer, now is the time to encourage them to step out in faith and share their gift.
