Premier Gospel is proud to announce the return of the Premier Gospel Awards, the UK’s most uplifting night in Gospel music, taking place on Friday, 19th September 2025 at the iconic indigo at The O2 in London.

More than an award show. More than a concert. The 2025 Premier Gospel Awards is a cultural, spiritual, and emotional homecoming – a night dedicated to honouring the past, celebrating the present, and spotlighting the future of UK Gospel.

Bringing the joy and power of Gospel music centre stage, the event will feature unmissable live performances from world-renowned Gospel artists, with a lineup designed to fuse entertainment, encounter, and storytelling.

Hosting this unforgettable night will be acclaimed British actor David Gyasi and Premier Gospel presenter Chantelle Johnson.

David Gyasi, known for his standout performance in Netflix hit series The Diplomat, is not only a celebrated actor but also a passionate Gospel music fan.

Radio presenter Chantelle Johnson has built a dedicated fan-base through her daily show on Premier Gospel. On hosting the awards, she said: “I can’t wait to be at the O2 for what promises to be the biggest celebration of Gospel music in the UK to date. We’ve got some amazing performances planned – you won’t want to miss them.”
