
Pelumi Olaitan serves as Event Manager for StepFWD Awards – the UK’s biggest Christian & Gospel music awards ceremony. She leads the full delivery of the annual black-tie red-carpet celebration gathering, hailed as the British ‘Dove meets Stellar’.
Pelumi is a London-based live experiences specialist and is known for delivering high-capacity, sold-out and large-scale productions with precision, structure and excellence. With experience spanning arena shows, international tours and festivals with up to 40,000 attendees, Pelumi has led logistics, artist relations, ticketing and full-scale event operations across the UK, US, Africa, and Europe.
