Limoblaze Releases New Album “Solid Ground”

Afrobeats gospel artist Limoblaze has released his new album “Solid Ground”, a project centred on faith, identity and confidence in God.

The 8-track album, running for about 22 minutes, brings together a mix of sounds and collaborations. It features Andy Mineo, DC3, Elle Limebear, Greatman Takit, Princeton South and Jackie Hill Perry, each bringing their own touch while still keeping the message clear.

The album opens with God Did It, where Limoblaze makes it clear from the start that his journey is not self-made but God-made, giving all the credit to God’s faithfulness.

Across the project, there is a mix of reflective moments and more upbeat expressions, carried by Afrobeats-inspired rhythms, rap elements and contemporary gospel sounds. The collaborations add variety without taking away from what the project stands for.

Each feature plays its part. The rap energy of DC3 comes through on Cole Palmer, alongside Andy Mineo, whose delivery adds depth and presence to the track. On JOY, Elle Limebear brings a soft and melodic feel that adds warmth to the song. Tinbake sees Greatman Takit bring his usual energy and flow, blending well with Limoblaze’s sound.

The title track Solid Ground features Princeton South, who adds his own flavour, while WAY brings in Jackie Hill Perry, whose delivery adds weight to the message.

At its core, “Solid Ground” is about standing firm in faith no matter the situation. It carries the sound of someone who knows what God has done and is not afraid to say it, with moments of gratitude, joy and confidence all through the project.

“Solid Ground” is now available on all major streaming platforms
