Following the success of ‘Room EP’ Writeway-Music recently announced the release of ‘Unstoppable’ from Leké Akinyemi. After a period of touring the UK and Europe, Leké has returned to bare his heart, soul and experiences in song.

From calls to love and unity in the title song ‘Unstoppable’, to encouraging words to hold on to your beliefs and keep on going in ‘Don’t Let It Go’, This EP promises to allow the listener to get to know Leké better while also reflecting on their own experiences.

This EP comes after ‘Room’ and fan favourite releases, ‘Closer’ and ‘Rodeo’. Leké has also been seen featuring in videos with Writeway-Music label mate Presha J in the popular ‘Live For You’ and ‘Throw It In The Air’. More recently Leké has collaborated with German duo, Captain and Sailors and Faith Child.

Drawing from musical influences such as Bell Biv Devoe, Shina Peters and Pharell, Leke infuses catchy lyrics that edify God, heart-warming melodies, sweet guitar licks and energetic, interactive dancing. With a passion for music, Leké stands as a diverse artist with a unique sound and dynamic message.

When asked what keeps him going he responded, “Knowing that I’ve been gifted with music. Not only is it something I enjoy doing but I know that it is a gift worth sharing. I have a part to play in being able to deliver not just great music but also stories that are worth telling. Through that medium God is glorified. It all revolves around Him.”
