After more than a decade away from the stage, JAVEN returns with his new single, ‘No Turning Back’.
The singer, actor and founder of NOW Church in South Florida comes back with a joyful gospel song produced by Gerald Haddon, bringing fresh energy to a hymn many believers already know.
The popular line, “I have decided to follow Jesus, no turning back, no turning back,” forms the chorus of the song. JAVEN then adds other lyrics around it, giving more flesh to the hymn and allowing the message to go beyond the familiar chorus.
The new lyrics speak about hope and the power in the name of Jesus. One of the lines says, “Darkness has to fade when we call His name,” pointing to the authority in the name of Jesus and the confidence believers have when they call on Him.
