Afrogospel artist Limoblaze has released the official music video for ‘Already Loved’, featuring Nigerian singer-songwriter Johnny Drille. The song is taken from his recently released four-track EP “Father’s Love”.
The song speaks about God’s grace and the assurance that we are loved even before we have done anything to deserve it. From the price Jesus paid for our redemption to the reminder that God does not call the qualified but qualifies those He calls, ‘Already Loved’ carries a message of love, acceptance and salvation through Christ.
The collaboration brings together Limoblaze and Johnny Drille, two Nigerian artists with their own distinct sounds. Johnny Drille is known for his soulful voice and alternative style, while Limoblaze has made a name for himself with his blend of Afrogospel. Together, they bring their different musical backgrounds to a song centred on God’s unconditional love.
‘Already Loved’ opens “Father’s Love”, which also features Marizu, Oba Reengy, Emandiong, Teninlanimi and Oneskript. The four-track project touches on God’s love from different angles, including grace, redemption, faithfulness and the new life we have in Christ.
The EP is also part of something bigger. Limoblaze has announced three EPs across three consecutive months, beginning with “Father’s Love” in September, followed by “Father’s Chase” in October and “Father’s House” in November.
The official music video for ‘Already Loved’ featuring Johnny Drille is now available on YouTube.
