Inside This Week’s Official UK Christian & Gospel Singles Chart

JERUB continues to hold the No.1 spot on the Official UK Christian & Gospel Singles Chart with KUMBAYA, keeping the top position for another week. This week’s chart, covering 24 April 2026 to 30 April 2026, has HALLELUJAH (WORTHY IS THE LAMB) by Chosen Sounds and Florence Kisiwaa at No.2, while THERE’S THIS KING THAT I KNOW by Chantelle Rutendo sits at No.3.

In simple terms, JERUB staying at No.1 means listeners are still streaming the song, buying it and keeping it in strong demand. It shows the support behind KUMBAYA is still very much there. Thanks to AStepFWD and Official Charts, UK Christian and Gospel artists now have a recognised space where their impact can be seen clearly through streams and sales.

There is still movement across the Top 10 this week. HALLELUJAH (WORTHY IS THE LAMB) climbs from No.3 to No.2, while THERE’S THIS KING THAT I KNOW by Chantelle Rutendo moves down to No.3. VALLEY by Thiago and DC3 remains at No.4, and WE DESIRE by Chosen Sounds and Chantelle Rutendo moves up to No.5. THIS GOD by Min. Adeoluwa drops slightly to No.6, while COLE PALMER by Limoblaze, DC3 and Andy Mineo stays at No.7.

There is also a new entry inside the Top 10 this week. DON’T PASS ME BY by KXC, Rich and Lydia Dicas enters at No.9, while DO IT WITH JESUS by Y Shadey rounds off the Top 10 at No.10. Outside the Top 10, AT YOUR FEET by Saint Music also arrives as a new entry, adding to the fresh movement on the chart this week.

One thing to note this week is that there is only a little movement across the chart, which shows that a number of songs are holding their positions. Chosen Sounds also continues to come through strongly, retaining two songs in the Top 10, with HALLELUJAH (WORTHY IS THE LAMB) now in the Top 2 and WE DESIRE still holding its place in the upper part of the chart.

Looking across the Top 10 and the chart as a whole, there is still a clear blend of sounds, from contemporary worship and congregational music to Afro-influenced and modern gospel expressions. That mix continues to shape the direction of the chart and reflects what listeners across the UK are engaging with.

Here are the Top 10 songs on the Official UK Christian & Gospel Singles Chart for this week (24 April 2026 – 30 April 2026):
