iMPACT CONFERENCE 2026: MEET THE SPEAKERS

What can being in the right room do for a creative?

For Samantha Radford, Head of Communications at AStepFWD, founder of Geber Communications and host of The Variety Show on Feferity Radio, attending iMPACT Conference two years ago left its mark. Within ten minutes, her notebook was out, and she says what she learnt about bridging the gap between being creative and succeeding professionally has helped her ever since.

This Saturday, iMPACT Conference is back.

Still wondering why you should be in the room? Let me walk you through what the day has in store.

You have the music, but what happens after you make a good song? Dami Ade brings experience in production, audio engineering and music management.

Then comes the business around the music. Tom Limebear brings years of experience across artist management, publishing, distribution, live music and artist development, while Wizdom Layne knows what it takes to discover talent, develop it and connect creatives with opportunities.

But having good music is only part of it. How you present yourself matters too. Matthew Darteh brings creative strategy and visual identity into the conversation, while Kirsty Trindade brings over two decades of experience across management, A&R, branding and artist development.

Then there is a question every artist should be asking: when your music is played, are you getting paid? Esther Bolaji from PPL will be bringing performers’ rights and royalties into the conversation.

And in an industry where technology keeps changing how music is released and discovered, Zara Kaneva-Plett, formerly Head of Product & Distribution at TikTok’s SoundOn, brings experience from music technology and digital distribution.

Of course, releasing music is one thing. Getting people to actually hear about it is another. Joylene Bakari, who works with Universal Music Group and is the founder of ARK, brings marketing, culture and audience building into the room.

What about media? Akosua DF brings her experience in Gospel radio, broadcasting and writing, while Jennifer Lee Moon brings television, presenting, acting and communication into the mix.

For the worship leaders and songwriters in the room, Les Moir brings decades of experience working with and developing worship leaders, musicians and songwriters.

And tying many of these worlds together is O’Neil Dennis, founder and CEO of AStepFWD, who has spent more than a decade building platforms and creating opportunities across Christian and Gospel music, media, arts and culture.

That is music, management, artist development, branding, rights, royalties, distribution, technology, marketing, media, worship and more, all being talked about in the same room.

Getting all of these conversations and this level of experience in one room for so little doesn’t happen every day. It is the kind of opportunity you don’t want to take for granted. You could hear something, ask a question or meet someone that changes what happens next for you.

Sometimes, that’s all it takes. One conversation, one connection, one thing you didn’t know before you walked into the room.

iMPACT Conference 2026 is happening this Saturday, 19 September, from 10am at KCBC London.

Don’t hear about what happened afterwards and wish you had been there.

Get your ticket and be in the room.
