Global worship minister Dunsin Oyekan has released the video for ‘I Know You Will’, one of the songs from his New Wine album. The song is Track 6 on the project, and before the premiere, he shared on Instagram that it is a very personal one, which already says a lot about the weight behind it.
What this visual does is give more weight to what people have been listening to since the album dropped. There is an atmosphere in it that helps the song land in a deeper way and gives fresh expression to a message already carried strongly in the audio.
The song opens with, “Once You have spoken, twice I have heard, what You say You will do, that’s what You will do,” culled from Psalm 62:11: “God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God.” Right from that point, the song rests on the certainty of God’s word and the confidence that whatever He says, He will bring to pass.
At the heart of it, I Know You Will is a song about God’s faithfulness, how He stays true to His word and stands by His promises till the end. But the song also leans into faith, and that shows clearly in the lines, “I have seen it written, then You spoke it to me, I got here by faith, I’ll go further by faith.”
That part stands out because it brings in the response of the believer. It is not just about what God has said, but about holding on to that word and moving with it by faith. So while the song is built on God’s faithfulness, it is also carried by faith from start to finish.
‘I Know You Will’ is now available on YouTube.
