Hailing from North London, Ghanaian British keyboardist/musician David Kofi visits Rich Mix with his band to perform at his first headline show on June 2 at Richmix.
David Kofi will be performing live music off his 4 track debut Jazz instrumental EP ‘Galaxy’ which was released in March 2014 and is free on Soundcloud and Spotify. Galaxy includes a mixture of jazz, neo-soul, blues and fusion style music. ‘I’ll Follow You’ features Ethel Baffoe who delivers a neo-soul jazz twist of gospel.
There will be singing, dance, spoken word and live music on the night with special guest performers. The night will be hosted by compozer. Also featuring, will be exclusive photography from Clever Lens Media.
David includes Snarky Puppy, Robert Glasper & Michael Jackson as his main influences and always tries to incorporate a surprise twist in his live performances.
