Josiah Pears – an 18-year-old creative director from Kent, in the United Kingdom, is gaining attention in the global worship music community, after already working with several internationally recognised Christian artists and Grammy Award winners.
The young creative began working in the mainstream production industry at just 15 years old, contributing as a runner and assistant on professional film and advertising shoots for global brands including Apple and Nestlé. At 16, he launched his own creative business, KingdomProductions. Within a couple of months after finishing sixth form, he embarked on his first world tour to Asia with Hillsong Church London, travelling to the Philippines, Singapore, and Indonesia. He has also worked with multiple artists across Europe, including eight-time Grammy Award-winning worship leader Israel Houghton and American worship artist Charity Gayle. He has also been invited to contribute to upcoming tours involving both Charity Gayle and 18-time Grammy Award-winning gospel icon CeCe Winans and Stephen Curtis Chapman.

Josiah’s professional experience has also placed him in creative circles outside the church, and he has been actively scouted to collaborate with a chart-topping UK band, whose catalogue has amassed over 10 billion streams on major platforms, including multiple individual songs with billion-play milestones. He has been invited to join a world tour with this band, a testament to both his versatility and the scale of the professional environment in which he contributes. This level of audience engagement reflects the magnitude of opportunities he is now being entrusted with in the global music industry, also outside the church.
When not on tour, Pears works in London as a creative director, filmmaker, and social media consultant, helping brands and artists develop visual content and digital strategies. This ongoing work demonstrates his versatility and professional expertise beyond live music production. At just 18 years old, the Kent-based creative director has already built connections across worship music communities in Europe, Asia, and the United States, positioning him as one of the emerging young creatives within the global worship touring scene.

These early experiences – both on international tours and high-profile commercial shoots – have given him exposure to large-scale creative teams and production environments rarely accessed by creatives so early in their careers.
With growing connections across touring, creative direction, and commercial production, the Kent-based creative director is quickly emerging as a young talent gaining recognition within the international live events and music production industry.
