And we are now counting down to the exciting release of ‘No Partiality In God’ – the upcoming new single from worshipper Kome Udu. The song takes inspiration from Romans 2:10-11 “Glory, Honour, and Peace to everyone who does what is good. For there’s No Partiality with God”.

Kome is a unique Gospel artist and a spiritually gifted inspirational songwriter with over 25 years of leading Praise and Worship in various church settings both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. She is currently a Praise Worship Leader in RCCG Jesus House, London.

Born and raised in Church of God Mission, Nigeria, where she quickly developed her gift in music. She owes her music inspiration to the Late Archbishop Benson Idahosa who was a lover of true worship. Kome is said to be one of the few Gospel artists whose music originality is solely built on the word of God. She believes just like the Bible says in John 4:24, “God is Spirit and those who worship Him MUST worship Him in Spirit and in truth”. She said, “The truth is the word of God, so the most empowering form of Praise and Worship is when people sing God’s word back to Him.” And this is what Kome’s ministration is all about. It enables people to fellowship with their Creator like never before.

With over 150 songs written, Kome’s powerful vocals along with her unmistakable depth and intimacy with God can be heard, seen and felt when she leads worship, ushering people into the presence of God, which countless have come to embrace well.

She told us, “God sees us all as equal and he sees no different. So, what he has done for one he will do for another. We have to recognise that He has our best interest at heart, and He will give us our hearts desire as long as it is aligned to His will for our lives. Again, He is a faithful and a rewarder to those who diligently seek Him. You cannot serve Him and expect a reward. Absolutely No Partiality in God!”

Kome’s debut album “Spirit Overflow” released in May 2018 is available on all music streaming platforms.

 Her ‘Christ Is Born’ Christmas single, released in November last year, is out on YouTube and on all music streaming platforms.



Her firm belief is “God shapes us through life difficulties into who He wants us to be”. Hence, Kome’s music helps people to find comfort in the Word of God when going through hardship. She firmly believes that her purpose is to inspire a new generation of true worshippers who worship God from the depths of their hearts in Spirit and in truth even in the face of their trials.
