The latest issue of Keep The Faith Magazine featured a two-page spread celebrating the incredible rise of UK Christian and Gospel music, with AStepFWD proudly at the centre of the conversation.
The piece highlights what many of us have seen and felt for years, that the sound of faith in the UK is stronger, more creative and reaching further than ever before. Drawing on the Luminate 2025 Midyear Report, it confirms that Christian and Gospel music is now the fourth fastest-growing genre in the world, with streams up by a huge 60% since 2020.
Across the UK, artists from Afrobeat and RnB/Soul to Rap and Contemporary Gospel are making powerful music that’s both authentic and innovative. Names like Annatoria, Still Shadey, Limoblaze, DC3, Reblah, Marizu, Naffymar, Y Shadey, Kaye-Marie, Sharyn and Laura Ehio are part of a growing wave of talent shaping the sound of this generation.
The feature also spotlights the UK Christian Charts, curated each month by AStepFWD.com. More than just rankings, the charts show where the genre is heading and feed directly into the Song of the Year decisions at the StepFWD Awards 2025, taking place on Saturday 22nd November at Hackney Church.
This recognition in Keep The Faith is another sign of how far the UK scene has come, and how bright the future looks. The movement continues to grow, inspire, and give glory where it’s due.
