Thrive Worship’s ‘There Is A Hope’ reminds us of the cross & an empty tomb

On our darkest days, it’s easy for feelings to outweigh facts. One of the most common lies we are fooled into believing is that we are disqualified from God’s love, grace, redemption or provision because of something we’ve done or the place that we’re in. Thrive Worship wrote ‘There Is A Hope’ trying to encapsulate the idea that no matter what, you can still turn back, you can still have faith, you can still have hope and that God is still with you and for you.

‘There Is A Hope’ reminds us what the cross and an empty tomb mean – that is the reason why there’s always hope in the name of Jesus. Taking inspiration from Psalm 42, Thrive Worship wanted to give language and lyrics for people to speak the truth of the gospel over their own soul and have a fresh encounter with the love of God and the hope found in Jesus.
