Errol Doyley is a renowned recording artist from the UK, who helped to shape the sound of Gospel music along with his brothers in the 80s. He remained in the background for years as a Musician, Vocal Coach & Mentor to many successful artists. This September however Errol is redefined with a fresh sound and flawless vocals in new single ‘A Brand New Me’.
Coming from a musical family consisting of 8 children (7 boys 1 girl), Errol grew up in the church where his father, who sadly passed away 24 years ago, was a Pastor. Errol made his name back in the late 80s singing on a talent show called Opportunity Knocks, where he and his brothers won the competition.
He has continued doing music in his local church in Eltham where he also pastors. As well as a singer Errol is also known for his gifts in choir directing, preaching and playing keyboards. He is also married to Sharon Doyley, a gifted public Speaker and A great Songwriter.
The Doyley Brothers were an English group made up of the brothers Freddie, Dennis, Errol and Trevor Doyley who in 1974 were aged 12-15.
They are originally gospel singers, inspired by the Pentecostal church they attended with their Jamaican parents.
After winning a heat on the ITV television show Opportunity Knocks they secured a record deal. The releases were more pop-orientated.
