Every first Friday of the month, Praise Party, a night of Gospel music hosted by Christian DJ’s takes place. Each Praise Party night has been known to be a night full of energy and good vibes, and the one hosted on July 1st was no exception bringing an excellent mix of Gospel Club Classics, Christian Hip-hop, RnB, Grime, Afrobeats, Bashment, House & Garage, not two mention two brilliant live performances!

Presha J teamed up with Leke and really got the crowd going especially with their grime mix that had everybody in the room jumping. They were followed by Tneek bringing the fire, including the performance of her latest video release, ‘Level Up’.

But it’s not just the music that creates the great vibe that makes Praise Party stand out from most other Christian events. With an ice breaker that encourages everybody to interact and their hashtag competition that means everybody who attends plays a key role in making a good event something truly exceptional. Praise Party creates unity amongst the different churches in London, giving believers a chance to get to know other believers from different ministries.

The positive vibe it brings beats that of any night club and any unsaved person who walks in would immediately be able to see the positivity and unity that you just would not see elsewhere. This makes it not just an event for Christians to enjoy good music, but yet another great opportunity to live out the great commission.

The next Praise Party is set for August 5th and along with special guest artists Chris Da Ambassada, Sam Adebanjo & Marky T Music, the organisers have decided to have a special focus celebrating unity & diversity! So bring your flag and rep your country!
