New Wine Worship releases ‘For Jesus’ ahead of upcoming EP “Ready For More”

New Wine Worship releases its brand-new single, “For Jesus,” on all streaming platforms on Friday 30th October 2026. The song is the second single from the collective’s forthcoming live EP, Ready For More, recorded live at New Wine Festival 2026 and set for release on 20th November 2026.

Written by Joe Hardy and Nick Herbert, For Jesus was born as a simple yet powerful call to worship. Built around the declaration, “All this is for You Jesus, You’re the reason we are here,” the song invites congregations to fix their eyes on Jesus and respond with wholehearted praise.

Recorded live in front of more than 7,000 worshippers and featuring a vibrant festival choir, For Jesus captures the energy, passion and unity of a generation gathering to worship. With its driving rhythm, bold declaration and congregational chorus, the song is already being embraced by churches around the country as a resource for calling people into worship.

“The message couldn’t be simpler,” says Joe Hardy of New Wine Worship. “Everything we do is for Jesus. Whether we’re gathering as a church, leading worship or living our everyday lives, He is the reason we’re here. Our hope is that this song helps local churches begin that journey of worship by putting Him front and centre.”

“For Jesus” follows the release of “Simple Worship”, the first single from Ready For More, which was released on 16th October featuring the anthemic vocals of Sarah Bird. The song has already resonated with worshippers through its uncomplicated invitation to return to the heart of worship and focus on Jesus alone.

Together, these songs reflect a defining theme that emerged throughout New Wine Festival 2026: putting Jesus at the centre of everything. Even the physical layout of the festival’s Big Top embodied this vision, with thousands gathered in a circular configuration around a central cross, creating a powerful visual reminder that Jesus remains at the heart of worship, mission and community.

That same emphasis runs throughout the upcoming Ready For More EP. Recorded live during a summer marked by passionate worship and expectancy, the project captures the sound of thousands of voices united around one purpose: worshipping Jesus.

As anticipation builds towards the EP’s release on 20th November, For Jesus offers another glimpse into a collection of songs designed to serve local churches long after the festival has ended.
