Lecrae has released a new album titled “Reconstruction: Second Story”. The multi-award-winning American Christian hip-hop artist, songwriter, and entrepreneur continues his run with this latest project.
The album is split into two discs and features 26 tracks, with a total runtime of 1 hour and 11 minutes. “Reconstruction: Second Story” follows directly from Reconstruction, his 2025 album, carrying some of the songs and ideas from that project into this new release.
Rather than standing alone, the album is presented as a continuation, completing the story that began with the first part. Both projects are intended to be heard together as one body of work.
Ahead of the release, Lecrae shared a message with fans on Instagram, explaining that Reconstruction was a deeply personal album reflecting years of inner work, rebuilding, and faith. He noted that the story was never meant to end there, and that Second Story continues the same journey, bringing that chapter to completion rather than closing it abruptly.
