A new voice this 2020, James Haynes has just released his new single ‘Galaxies’. James left his previous role as a drummer in a rock band to pick up the guitar and begin expressing his loves, his struggles and his newly found faith in Jesus. Quickly rising to prominence in the Bournemouth area music scene, and finding like-minded friends to record with, James took his songs and began to release them.
In more recent months, James has dug deeper into his walk with God and found himself as a worship songwriter. “With his influences including John Mayer shaping his sound, James has a strong sense of melody and a poetic edge to his lyrics that capture the imagination and guide us to worship.” says Dave Griffiths, Tweed Jacket Music.
