Inside This Week’s Official UK Christian & Gospel Singles Chart

Another week, another Official UK Christian & Gospel Singles Chart, and KUMBAYA by JERUB is still holding the No.1 spot. The song now marks 12 weeks on the chart, continuing what has become one of the strongest runs since the chart began.

One of the biggest movements this week comes from THIS GOD by Min. Adeoluwa, which makes a major jump from No.13 to No.2. After dropping out of the Top 10 last week, the song returns in a big way and now sits just behind KUMBAYA. That kind of movement says a lot, especially on a chart where many songs are still fighting to hold their place.

HALLELUJAH (WORTHY IS THE LAMB) by Chosen Sounds and Florence Kisiwaa moves from No.2 to No.3, while VALLEY by Thiago and DC3 moves down to No.4. THERE’S THIS KING THAT I KNOW by Chantelle Rutendo also shifts to No.5, but still remains firmly inside the Top 5.

There is also strong upward movement from DO IT WITH JESUS by Y Shadey, which climbs from No.12 to No.6. LOVE OF MY LIFE by McClure, Smith and McClure sits at No.7, while GUIDE ME II by Culture Cnnct and Soundsdubetter remains in the Top 10 at No.8.

Chantelle Rutendo continues to hold two songs in the Top 10, with THERE’S THIS KING THAT I KNOW at No.5 and PSALM 51 at No.9. That continued presence shows how consistent her songs have been on the chart.

Rounding off the Top 10 is ANCIENT OF DAYS / OPEN THE EYES OF MY HEART by CalledOut Music at No.10, another song that has refused to leave the chart since the beginning. Alongside KUMBAYA by JERUB and IN THE MIDDLE by Annatoria, it remains one of the few songs that has stayed on the chart for 12 straight weeks.

Further down the chart, there are two new entries this week. I BELIEVE by Rich & Lydia Dicas and KXC enters at No.13, while AT YOUR FEET by KXC and Shelby Freitas comes in at No.14. There is also one re-entry, with LOVE SONG by Warehouse Worship returning at No.19.

Looking across the chart this week, it feels like a mix of stability and surprise. KUMBAYA is still leading, but the big climb from THIS GOD has changed the conversation around the top end of the chart. With new songs entering, others moving down and familiar names still holding ground, the chart continues to give us something to watch every week.
