Hope from tragedy as Sian Clark teams up w/ Scott Nicol for ‘Beautiful inside and out’

Sian Clark is a wonderful young 16yr old singer, songwriter from Ayrshire Scotland. She has teamed up with Scott Nicol from ‘Possibility Screams’ to provide stunning lead vocals on the track ‘Beautiful inside and out’. Sian really captured the emotional nature of the song with her soulful and heartfelt vocals.

She is joined on backing vocals by the brilliant Gillian Foster, Scott played guitar and Sam Gallagher provided all the other instrumentation and engineered the track at his EssGee Productions Studio in Glasgow. Sophie Henderson (12yrs) makes a lovely vocal appearance at the end of the song as well as creating the drawing that became the artwork for this single. Scott Nicol wrote the song, inspired by the true story that led to the Charity “Beautiful inside and out” being formed.

Everyone involved in this project is thrilled at the possibility that this song could help the charity in some way, and shine a light on the great work that they are doing. Sian is a very musical individual and hopes to have her own music available in the future. For now she is excited to be heading up this project and hopefully it will open some great doors for her.

We reached out Scott recently and he told us more about the circumstances surrounding the single, “The Charity ‘Beautiful inside and out’ was founded after a tragic event. A young 13yr old, Jenna took her own life. Her mother Pauline started the charity. The bio/back story gives more details on the total making of the song. The song is mainly based on the young girl’s life and her actual younger sister Sophie sings the last part of the song and is in the video.”

The message in the music and video has touched a lot of hearts asince its release, and has garnered much airplay and press coverage. Everyone loves the song and video and the team say they are excited to be promoting it in 2021. From all accounts Sian Clark is a huge talent with a great future.

The song is available on all major platforms and Jeremy Nanton-Hamel has created a brilliant video (above).
