Greatman Takit Releases “All The Praise (ATP)”

Greatman Takit comes through with ‘All The Praise’, also known as ATP, and it is a proper Afrobeats sound wrapped in Amapiano. The groove is strong from the start. The log drums give it that Amapiano bounce, while the rhythm still carries that solid Afrobeats feel.

The chorus drives the song. As the beat builds, the vocals lift with it. The male backing vocals come in boldly with, “We give You praise, we give You all the praise,” and it gives the hook that full, layered feel. It is simple, direct and easy to join in.

When he chants, “Everything iye iye ye ye, healing, favour, blessing, iye iye ye ye biza biza,” he is calling out all that God has done. Healing. Favour. Blessings. Abundance. In essence, he is giving God praise for everything.

The street expressions make it relatable. “Grace biza biza” speaks of grace in abundance. And the line, “to get me in God go hard gan ’cause everything na collabo,” reflects the confidence that comes from being under God’s covering. It speaks of partnership with Him. When you praise God, you understand you are not standing alone.

Another moment that stands out is how he lifts the familiar line, “o sing o sing o sing o,” from the well known praise chorus and blends it into the track. He does not copy the whole song, but that line alone carries the memory of it. The way it sits on the Amapiano bounce makes it feel fresh, while still keeping that familiar praise atmosphere.

At its heart, ATP is clear. It is gratitude in sound. It is simply giving God all the praise.
