Initially written about heartbreak, Esther reproduced ‘AGAIN’ to honour God’s purpose for the song. Instead of blaming God for life’s struggles, she just needs more of His presence. ‘AGAIN’ invites Christians to deny the temptation to go solo and put God at the centre, ‘AGAIN’ and ‘AGAIN’.
Who is Esther Durin?
Born and raised in Southeast London with roots in Nigeria, Esther’s sound is a fusion of Afrobeats and R&B tied together by the gospel message.
After huge success working with Burna Boy, Headie One and Ayraa Star, Esther chose to give her music to Jesus, releasing ‘Royal Blood’ featuring Anike, then known as Wande. This launched Esther onto a global stage where she continues to grow an audience across different genres.
‘AGAIN’ is set to release as her first single on her EP inspired by the book of Esther – Esther is “The King’s Queen”. She trusts that the Lord will use her story of redemption to plant seeds of encouragement in those who desire to pursue Jesus.
