Doug Horley and Mark Read announce new collaborative project, “The Faith Street Band” and release their first single ‘Song of Joy’.
‘Song of Joy‘ is the first release from The Faith Street Band; a new project from Doug Horley (composer of ‘We Want to See Jesus Lifted High’, and beloved children’s worship leader under his persona Duggie Dug Dug) and Mark Read (member of the British-Norwegian band A1), and is a celebration of an amazing God and the incredible world he has made.
Doug and Mark set out to write something really upbeat, joyful and fun and they certainly have certainly achieved that with the legendary music producer Mark Edwards (Katie Melua band).
Phebe Edwards (currently performing in ‘MJ The Musical’ at the Prince Edward Theatre in London’s West End), Aaron Sockell (Beverly Knight band, Boe and Ball band) and Belinda Horley have all added their incredible vocals to this summer explosion of joy!
