Carrie Underwood raised over $100,000 for charity at Easter livestream concert

Seven-time Grammy Award-winning country music superstar Carrie Underwood has raised over $USD100,000 (and counting!) in donations for Save The Children from her livestream concert “My Savior: Live From The Ryman”, which was streamed globally on Easter Sunday from her Facebook page.

The concert included appearances by gospel music great CeCe Winans, Southern gospel and harmonica legend Buddy Greene, Bear Rinehart from the rock band NEEDTOBREATHE, and more. 

Carrie Underwood said yesterday: “It means so much to be able to bring this event to people in their homes on a day that holds so much meaning for us spiritually and to be able to raise much needed funds and awareness for the incredible work of Save the Children as we celebrate the importance of family
