In this pivotal new role, Ben will be responsible for leading the company’s artist liaison and development efforts, working closely with music creators in the UK and around the world to nurture and develop their talents and expand the group’s growing roster.

Ben Cantelon is a highly respected figure in Christian & Gospel Music, with a career spanning two decades as a successful artist, producer and A&R Executive. He is known for his artist centric approach, which aligns perfectly with Wings Music Group’s commitment to fostering innovation and excellence in the independent music era.

Ben brings a wealth of experience to this new role. As well as his own successful solo career as a recording artist and worship leader, he has a number of notable producer credits to his name, and was most recently Senior Director of A&R at Provident Entertainment/Sony Music in Nashville. “I’m incredibly excited to be joining Wings Music Group at such an important time in the company’s growth,” said Cantelon. “I’m looking forward to working with the amazing artists here and discovering new talent that will continue to shape the future of Christian & Gospel Music.”
