For the 7th year, Gospel music personality and multi-award winning artiste John Fisher and the ‘We Sing U Sing’ organisation presents its Summer Song Gala gospel concert.

This event takes place at South London’s premier music venue, the Fairfield Halls, Croydon on Monday 30th June 2014 at 7:00pm. The event is a showcase to John and the ‘We Sing U Sing’ artist in residence program which places gospel music tutors/artistes in schools training children to sing, providing music therapy and presenting gospel and inspirational music.

The show will see a 500+ piece children’s gospel choir performing songs, written by John and his team, in front of a massive audience of family, friends, community leaders, celebrities and the general public.

Guest artists performing on the night will be the #1 recording artiste Jahmene Douglas. There will be performances from MOBO Award 2013 Nominees IDMC Gospel Choir, who have been at the core of this project from its conception, and also a special guest performance from Brit School Graduate Charlotte Indarsingh who is returning to the ‘We Sing U Sing’ Stage 7 years on from her first performance at the same event.

John Fisher is likewise proud to announce that the We Sing U Sing organisation will be releasing its first ever single, called “Beauty In Me” which will feature all 500+ children from the project, the vocals of IDMC Gospel choir along with up and coming soloist, Liberty Scott, who has been mentored by John and is a graduate of the We Sing U Sing program.
