As Christians, we are often portrayed to very serious with very little sense of humour but I’m here to tell you that this is not true! Just like anyone else, we also have moments of roaring laughter, tensed stomach’s and watery eyes. Just as there is a time for seriousness, there is a time to sit back and have a laugh with fellow Christians, family and friends. Psalms 126:2 ‘Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy’. Proverbs 17:22 says ‘A joyful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit dries up the bones.’ Life would be unbearable if we couldn’t crack a smile, but never in church right?
