WYLD releases double single ‘Brighter’ ft. SSTEDI & Elisabeth Harder

Never one to be put in a box, WYLD continuously reinvents himself and defies expectations with every release and that remains true with his first single of 2019. ‘Brighter’, features the soulful vocals of indie R&B singer SSTEDI and pulls on WYLD’s influences of House, Lofi and alternative R&B that speaks of an overwhelming love that “shines brighter than the sun”.

Despite being well known for his upbeat, electronic dance hits, WYLD still creates an infectious, pop-driven vibe on this mellower, chilled track that uniquely places it perfectly between the two ends of his musical range.

Showcasing the more nuanced side of WYLD’s production, “Brighter” is joined by the B-Side track ‘I Cannot Make You Love Me More’ featuring long-term collaborator Elisabeth Harder. Typical of their collaborations, this song interweaves the finer sides of electronic genres with acoustic and organic sounds to provide a stunning, elegant backdrop for Harder’s delicate yet powerful vocals that wrestle with accepting the simplicity of grace – “I cannot make you love me more, so why do I try so hard?”
