Come and enjoy an uplifting inspirational evening of soulful gospel music, positive vibes, drama performances and top quality Spoken Word Poetry Performances at Upstairs at The Ritzy, Brixton
Doors open: 7pm. Performances start: 7.30pm
The venue capacity is 120, Around 50 seats available and the rest is standing please arrive early to secure a seat.
LEARN2LIVE
October marks the year anniversary of the murder of our son Keelen Wong. In tribute to the Learn2Live Legacy set up in his memory, we’re coming together to encourage one another to run to God who is our safe tower in a time of trouble.
OPEN MIC
The theme for this event is LEARN TO LIVE, we’re looking for poems about social injustice/knife crime/youth violence/loss/sin/the work of the enemy. Please email fcpd.wong@gmail.com with a clip of you performing some poetry, please be aware open mic spaces are limited.
We ask all poets to bring their words to inspire, to uplift and to motivate the audience, no bad language or hate speech, we want to grow a community that exudes positive vibes and love and that all who attend Transcendence, leave feeling encouraged and blessed having experienced a truly entertaining night.
