UNITE THE KINGDOM ANNOUNCES
MAJOR CHRISTMAS CAROL
CONCERT IN CENTRAL LONDON
“Putting Christ Back Into Christmas” – Free Public Event on Saturday 12
December 2026
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM — Unite The Kingdom has announced plans for a major
outdoor Christmas carol concert in Central London on Saturday 12 December 2026,
beginning at 3pm, under the theme “Putting Christ Back Into Christmas.”
The free event will bring together members of the public for an afternoon of traditional
Christmas carols, live music, Christian celebration and a message centred on the birth of
Jesus Christ.
The concert aims to celebrate Britain’s Christian heritage and remind the nation of the
spiritual meaning behind one of its most cherished annual traditions.
Christian minister, evangelist and musician Rikki Doolan is one of the lead organisers of
the event, helping oversee preparations for the Central London celebration, including its
musical programme and wider event coordination.
Doolan, who has previously participated in major Unite The Kingdom gatherings, believes
Christmas presents an important opportunity to bring people together around a positive
message of faith, hope and unity.
Rikki Doolan said:
“Christmas is one of the most celebrated occasions in Britain, but sometimes we forget the
very reason we celebrate it.
“This event is about putting Jesus Christ back at the centre of Christmas. We want families,
Christians and people from every walk of life to come together, sing the carols we all grew up
with and celebrate the birth of Jesus.
“Britain has a rich Christian heritage, and Christmas is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate
that heritage openly, joyfully and peacefully.
“Everyone is welcome, and the event is completely free.”

The concert is being planned as an outdoor celebration featuring Christmas music and carols,
with further programme details to be announced.
