During her teenage years, she gravitated deeply toward gospel music, drawing inspiration from artists like Kierra Sheard, J Moss, and Kim Burrell. These influences helped shape both her spiritual foundation and her expressive, soulful sound. Learning to play the guitar marked a pivotal moment in her creative development and allowed her to explore and define her sound more intentionally. In 2023, she briefly stepped away from music to pursue a master’s degree in international business in the UK.
