Richard James Butt is a Worship Leader & Songwriter living on the South-Coast of England. He was grew up in London and was shaped by its rich heritage of culture and expression.

Richard has always been a part of a local church expression, but He also spent over decade touring with Noel Robinson. The combination of these things brings a freshness to his songs as they are sung in times of corporate worship.

2025 sees a return to new songs of worship for Richard after his 2018 release, LAMINA.

This new era has been powerfully shaped by many highs and lows from the past 7 years and the resulting songs are capturing what many long to express in worship.
