GL Live has gained a reputation for being a showcase that has seen many of its headline acts launch highly successful careers within Urban Gospel music; most notoriously, singer Mali Music and Grammy Award winning rapper, Lecrae.
Now GL Live, in association with ‘Kingdom Time Entertainment’ from New York (the home of Hip Hop), is back to do it again for its 10th instalment with GL Live X!
The sounds about to arrest the UK are coming from three big hitters: Slave Da 9th Inning, C.H.R.I.S. and Richard Dauphin. Slave embodies the energy and skill to light up any stage. Richard Dauphin speaks the hard truths of street life and revolution while lyricist fans are in for a treat as C.H.R.I.S. rips tracks to pieces with a relentless flow. As passionate followers of Christ and seasoned musicians the US collective promise to make GL Live X an experience like no other.
In addition to the US artistes they will be showcasing the cream of the crop from UK Urban Gospel including seasoned vets like Presha J, Leke and the 2015 MOBO Gospel award winning artist, Faith Child plus the best upcoming talent like Possible P, Theon, Entitled and Ropa & more.
It all goes down at the UK’s Premier Intercultural Arts Centre, ‘The Drum’, Aston, Birmingham on April 16th, 2016. Located centrally to major cities and travel networks, all roads lead to GL Live X.
This is a special one off extravaganza primed for today’s generation calling all fans of music, whether Christian or not. The mission is bigger, and so is GL Live X.
