UPRISE MUSIC TV invites supporters and fans of UK gospel everywhere to join them as they celebrate their 5th birthday!
The much anticipated UPRISE 5th Birthday Bash will take place on Sunday 16th March 2014 at 229 The Venue in London.
Hosted by Simply Andy and with music from DJ Danny Yega, this is one UPRISE event you cannot afford to miss! The night will be a high-energy party with guest appearances from an array of familiar faces in the UK gospel scene and top performances from your favourite gospel music stars.
Enjoy exclusive performances from famous names such as Dwayne Tryumf, Commission, Rachel Kerr, Lyrical Soldier, Deborah, Victizzle, Jay Ess, US gospel icon Da’T.R.U.T.H and Norwegian EDM group Jesus Loves Electro!
To really get the party atmosphere going, special attractions on the night will include; an UPRISE Photo booth, giveaways, a dance off, a garage cypher and a special ‘Memory Lane Medley’ performance featuring UK gospel hits such as ‘Bibles, Bibles’ and other unforgettable classics.
Since it’s launch on OH TV (Sky Channel 199) in 2009 Uprise Music TV has become widely recognised for raising the profile of underground gospel music showcasing the very best of Urban Gospel, Hip-Hop, RnB, Soul, Garage/Grime and Reggae and is hosted by chart topping gospel artist Faith Child and TV Personality Mercedes Benson.
