Before you start, make sure you pass on the following form linked, to every member in the choir who needs to complete it as soon as possible: Choir Member Registration For choir leaders, hit the ENTER button below to submit your choir and your audition. As we know, time is of the essence, so you can fill in the first 6 questions to express your interest then save the form and resume later to complete. Please submit your choir video audition by Friday, 23rd January 2026 You are required to submit a 200 word choir bio, a picture of your choir, your audition link, your contact details and social media handles! The linked form below is to be filled by each and every choir member for the purpose of:
1) Confirmation that each member agrees to participate in the competition and they agree to be featured as part of videos and pictures used in the competition.
2) Demographic information to be captured directly from participants to support UGCY and AStepFWD grant/funding applications.
3) UGCY and AStepFWD communication to be added to a WhatsApp group and IG Group.
4) Verification of participants’ applicability for the competition.

FORM FOR CHOIR MEMBERS: Choir Member Registration

We must have the details of every choir member taking part in UGCY. By submitting their contact details, the members agree to take part in the competition and be added to our UGCY and AStepFWD database for the purpose of informing them about the competition and our partners. (Contact us if a member wishes to opt out)

If you are chosen as a finalist we want to make sure that the event is accessible to everyone. If you are likely to be bringing any choir members to the UGCY finals who might require any specific arrangements/accessibility needs, then please let us know here so that we can plan this is advance

Please take note of the following:
1 - DEADLINE FOR VIDEO SUBMISSION: Friday 23rd January 2026
2 - Check your video is no more than 3 minutes long, that it REALLY shows off your choirs ability and energy and that the audio and video are of a good enough quality for the judges to clearly see and hear your choir perform.
3 - No Theme is required for this submssion. Just submit your choirs best work
4 - Judging criteria: Vocal Ability, Creativity and Arrangement
5 - Upload your video to a video streaming service such as Youtube or WeTransfer and provide the link above.
6 - If sending via YouTube, you can set the video to unlisted/hidden if you would only like it to be visible to us.

All finalists choirs will be required to create a 60 second introductory video to be played at the finals

Is your choir available to participate at the UGCY finals on SATURDAY March 21st 2026 in London?

Upon submitting, please confirm that you have read the terms and conditions carefully and you are in a position of responsibility that enables you to accept them on behalf of your choir. If your choir is chosen as a finalist for UGCY 2026, you will ensure that the information on the website is also understood and accepted by every choir member and that the choir contacts provided in this entry will be used by the UGCY and AStepFWD teams as needed communicating all things relating to UGCY, AStepFWD and its partners.
