Lily-Jo has a passion to inspire hope within her audience, and writes songs that bring freedom. This February 22nd she plans to release her very own online mental health resource which will have information, interviews, videos, audio, on the common mental health issues including; low mood, anxiety, self harm, eating disorders, childhood trauma, and low self-esteem.

She explained, ‘I was finding that after shows, people were letting me know that they were really connecting with my music on a deeper level and they were sharing their life stories with me. They were stories I was used to hearing within the counselling room. Stories of abuse, neglect, depression. I was aware that I wanted these people to have an ongoing resource that they could take home and connect with.’
