It lays the foundation for a more fulfilling journey, enabling us to navigate the year ahead with strength, vitality, and a profound sense of contentment.

The Wellbeing Journey explores holistic wellness in Body, Mind and Spirit. The journey aims to bring a conversation around personal wellbeing into the practical realities of daily life and together with insights from professionals in various fields of expertise we will share in the step by step journey of growing in understanding, resilience, wisdom for the future and hope for a better tomorrow.
Sessions are run every Monday via Zoom, from 7:30pm to 9pm starting 8th of January through to 26th February 2024.
