Devotion is back with more elegant blends of soulful and encouraging beats and lyrics, in what promises to be the strongest and most progressive year for the mellifluous duo. ‘Loving You’ is the latest release from the singers who were away for a minute but thankfully have returned with much love and music to share.
Devotion has been treading the proverbial music boards since 2012. On the back of their successful first EP ‘Miracle of Hope’, Devotion have been working tirelessly on new ear-catching material and we are certainly seeing the fruits of their labour.
‘Loving You’ is a sumptuous and melodious tune written specifically for their sibling Gloria’s wedding late last year. It’s a celebration of love and the beauty of marriage. “It is a gift from Devotion as a thank you for the support and most importantly the patience”. What a wonderful, heartfelt and irreplaceable gesture.
Their music draws from the members’ shared love for all things musically eclectic. Devotion have played at venues such as The Hackney Empire and the House of Commons, and travelled across the UK, Europe and the USA to perform.
With impressive vocal harmonies and mesmerising live performances with musical chemistry, Devotion is certainly a pair to keep an eye on for more music and upcoming gigs.
