New Wine Worship is about serving the local church. About family who seek to change nations in Jesus’ name. And so, their new album “You Restore My Soul” was recorded across four locations throughout the nation, with the aim of releasing the tracks in time for United 18. Our hope is that the songs will be taken home and used straight away in local churches.
Since the focus is the local church, the album features songs that can be performed in smaller contexts in lower keys with guitar or piano.
New Wine stated, “Our prayer is that You Restore My Soul is bigger than the two weeks that we gather at United. That it helps resource and commission the local church. That people will play their part in serving the vision and values of their local contexts. That it will install values of high praise and deep intimacy and create wide open spaces to acknowledge and welcome God’s Spirit at work in and through us. That we will be sent out to live what we sing and experience in our everyday.”
