Record Labels sign up to Music & Media Conference in Westminster

Saturday 9th July will see another first for aStepFWD as the organization launches its eagerly awaited series of Music & Media Conferences. This will take place from 10:30am to 2:30pm at the prestigious University of Westminster, Regent Street Campus in central London.

aStepFWD Founder & Conference organiser O’Neil Dennis explained, “We’ve had many discussions with numerous artists and music enthusiasts and a common request has been for an ongoing initiative that practically address the needs of this generation of talent in a quickly changing digital era. We wont be a SxSW straight away but we’re up for the challenge if it helps to further develop an industry.”

Already acknowledged for its ‘blue skies thinking’, aStepFWD intend for this conference to be fully inclusive and focus on the progressive relationship between music, creative arts, business and media entities ie Radio; Film & TV; Print; Online and Digital.

aStepFWD powers the independently run national UK Christian Chart and has in under 3 years established itself firmly as an innovative multi-generational multi-media organisation that services the UK music scene. Our team is always keen on empowering individuals towards a 360, synced up approach to music in order to service and supply the demand for creative approaches and reach new audiences.

Along with the expected media presentations, a number of music labels have signed up to be part of the conference, many of them to give short introductions to add to the practical element the conference is keen on facilitating.
