New video ‘What Love Can Do’ from Gloucestershire band Out of the Ashes

Following on from ‘Love can be a Bumpy Road’ – Out of the Ashes released their jazzy single ‘What Love Can Do’. Out of the Ashes are a pioneering couple from idyllic, rural England, using music as part of their mission to stand for joy, healing and love in the church; energising weary Christians and rejuvenating congregations. Though the husband and wife duo are quintessentially British landowners, their songs are an eclectic mix of irresistable swing, gospel and upbeat jazz in between their challenging, uplifting and inspirational stories and words of encouragement. ‘What Love Can Do’ really gets your feet moving with some very easy swing dance moves, I have done some myself in the past and love it! You can see some steps initiated in the video above so if you would like to learn how to dance to these songs why not join swing dance classes such as Lindy-Hop, Balboa and Jive at www.jazzjiveswing.com. The Out of the Ashes front-woman Penny Lyon also has her own blog pennylyon.com where she shares her musings on life, faith, music and God. The couple are currently writing their 3rd album but you can purchase the previous Out of the Ashes albums here. And don’t forget to keep up to date with them on Twitter | Facebook | YouTube
